BeInCrypto reported a surge in large transfers exceeding $100,000 in cryptocurrencies such as Lighter (LIT) and Mantle (MNT). The media outlet cited on-chain analytics firm Santiment, stating, "Over the past six months, there has been a significant surge in large whale transfers in both cryptocurrency assets. During that period, LIT recorded 86 transactions over $100,000, and MNT recorded 37 transactions. The increase in whale transactions for LIT was attributed to expectations of tokenomics reorganization, buybacks/burns, and staking yield, while for MNT, it was attributed to expectations of expanding real-world assets (RWA) and tokenized stocks." According to CoinMarketCap, LIT is trading at $2.53, up 2.07% in the last 24 hours, while MNT is trading at $0.4323, down 1.01%.
