CNBC reported that BTC mining company Terawulf has signed a 20-year long-term lease agreement for a data center in Kentucky, USA, with Anthropic, the developer of generative artificial intelligence (AI) Claude. The data center is expected to have a power capacity of approximately 400 megawatts (MW), and the first power supply is anticipated to begin in the second half of 2027.
