Standard Chartered has obtained the MiCA license, the EU's cryptocurrency regulatory law, BeInCrypto reported. The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) added 37 cryptocurrency firms through its latest registry update, bringing the total number of authorized Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASPs) within the EU to 280. New authorized firms include crypto prime broker FalconX and Sygnum Europe.
