According to the media, the 50th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court dismissed the injunction application on the 2nd, stating, "It is difficult to see that the right to be preserved has been sufficiently demonstrated to the extent that the effect of the transaction support termination decision in this case can be suspended by an injunction prior to the main judgment, based solely on the data submitted by the creditor (DCompany Global)."
