Eleanor Terrett, host of the cryptocurrency policy publication Crypto in America, announced via X that the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) has officially expressed its support for the U.S. CLARITY Act. NOBLE has become the first major law enforcement agency to publicly endorse the CLARITY Act, which includes the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act (BRCA). In a letter to U.S. Senate leadership, NOBLE stated, "The bill contains several provisions that will substantially enhance law enforcement agencies' investigative capabilities while preserving existing criminal enforcement authorities."
