According to Decrypt, the FBI Director's investment in MicroStrategy shares was revealed late under the public official asset disclosure system. He was found to have purchased MSTR shares worth between $100,000 and $250,000 on November 21 last year, when the stock price was $181. Currently, the MSTR stock price is approximately $100.55, a 44% drop from Director Patel's average purchase price. Meanwhile, regarding the omission of content that should have been included in the December report last year, he claimed it was "simple carelessness."
