Standard Chartered, in cooperation with Circle, has launched USDC issuance and redemption services for institutional investors, The Block reported. Standard Chartered stated, "This is the first time among globally systemically important banks (G-SIBs) that a customer can support USDC issuance and redemption services without directly opening a Circle account."
