Hanwha Investment & Securities announced on the 20th that it held a board meeting and decided to acquire 1,361,050 shares of Dunamu for 597,843,930,000 won in cash. The acquisition amount accounts for 28.91% of its equity capital on a consolidated basis as of the end of last year, and the planned acquisition date is the 15th of next month. After the acquisition, Hanwha Investment & Securities' stake in Dunamu will increase to 3,430,500 shares, with a stake percentage of 9.84% (up from the previous 5.94%).
