The media explained, "Strategy is estimated to have purchased approximately 2,543 BTC in one day with funds raised through the sale of perpetual preferred stock STRC, and now Strategy's BTC holdings are close to 4% of the total supply." Meanwhile, an official announcement from Strategy regarding the additional purchase has not yet been confirmed.
