The National Assembly convenes a subcommittee to discuss finance-related bills. According to Edaily, the Capital Markets Act related to stocks will be discussed, but the Digital Asset Basic Act (2nd stage legislation) related to stablecoins was excluded from the discussion. This subcommittee meeting is the last Political Affairs Committee subcommittee meeting for the first half of the year. The Digital Asset Basic Act is expected to be discussed only after the formation of the new assembly is completed following the June 3 local elections.
