Cryptocurrency analyst Michaël van de Poppe expressed skepticism about the theory that Bitcoin (BTC) will bottom out in October this year. He stated via X, "The most excessively widespread outlook in the current market is the scenario that BTC will form a bear flag and then form a bottom in October. When many people expect the same direction, the likelihood of that outlook being realized is rather low." He added, "The price base that BTC is currently forming is very solid, and the current market environment is completely different from the 2022 bear market. I do not expect the same results as in the past to be repeated." Poppe cited the following as bullish factors for BTC: △Nasdaq reaching an all-time high △This week's vote on the CLARITY Act △Potential announcement regarding the US White House's BTC strategic reserve plan △Issues surrounding the next Federal Reserve (Fed) Chair.
