Cryptocurrency custody and banking firm Anchorage Digital announced that it would hand over the leadership of the stablecoin project USDG, in which institutions like Robinhood and Kraken jointly participate, to the consortium. According to CoinDesk, Nathan McCauley, CEO of Anchorage, explained, "We still support the USDG project and hope for its success, and we will continue to participate in the future. However, we may not be at the forefront as before. The change we will show is strengthening neutrality towards stablecoins. It is reasonable to take a neutral stance without favoring a specific stablecoin."
