Cryptocurrency asset manager Bitwise announced that it will acquire Superstate Fund USTB on June 1 (local time). The fund will be renamed 'Bitwise Crypto Carry Fund,' and the existing Superstate blockchain infrastructure will be maintained. Currently, USCC's assets under management are approximately $267 million.
