Jung Eun-bo, Chairman of the Korea Exchange, announced that Busan would become a global derivatives market hub by introducing digital asset-based derivatives. According to Daehan Economic Daily, Chairman Jung stated at the '30th Anniversary Ceremony of the Derivatives Market Opening' held at Lotte Hotel Busan at 3 PM on the 6th, "We will actively promote the introduction of related derivatives to enable Busan to become a hub for the virtual asset market," and added, "We will actively attract international conferences and other events to establish Busan externally as Korea's representative derivatives financial center."
