According to an Axios reporter citing sources, on the 28th (local time), White House envoy Witkoff sent a list of amendments focused on re-including the nuclear issue in the draft agreement. One of the amendments demands that Iran promise not to remove enriched uranium from bombed nuclear facilities or resume any activities at those facilities as long as negotiations continue.
