- Suspension Period: 2026-04-13 (Mon) 18:00 ~ Reopening of support will be announced via this notice after deposit/withdrawal stability is confirmed.
*Trading of the digital asset will continue without interruption.
Important Notes
- If you deposit close to the time of deposit/withdrawal suspension, it may not be reflected normally, so please make deposits with sufficient time in advance.
- Please note the following during the deposit/withdrawal suspension period:
- Deposit returns and withdrawal address registration procedures will be temporarily suspended and processed sequentially after deposits/withdrawals resume.
- When depositing the relevant digital asset, the deposit may not be reflected in your Upbit account, and in such cases, recovery may not be possible.
- During the deposit/withdrawal suspension, deposit processing may be delayed due to network congestion or other reasons, and there may be a difference between the time a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain network and the time it is reflected as a deposit.
- If deposits/withdrawals occur on some blockchain networks before or after the deposit/withdrawal suspension, or during an unscheduled inspection, normal processing is not possible within our wallet system during the inspection period. These will be processed sequentially after the inspection ends and verification is complete. Therefore, please understand that the reflection process in your account may be delayed.
