Binance has announced that it now supports fiat currency withdrawals for USD, AED, VND, PHP, IDR, and others. The 28 fiat currencies currently supported for withdrawal include the aforementioned 5, along with JPY, VES, BRL, MXN, ARS, BHD, KZT, EUR, CHF, CZK, HUF, KWD, PLN, RON, SEK, CDF, KES, SLE, UGX, XAF, XOF, ZMW, and KGS.
