CryptoSlate reported that Bitcoin (BTC) wallet Electrum has fixed a Lightning Network backup flaw, but some users need to create new backups. The media explained, "Some wallets may not be able to recover BTC if certain types of Lightning payment channels are closed by the counterparty, as the existing backup lacks the necessary key information. Electrum has fixed this in the latest version 4.8.2, and users of affected wallets should export a new backup while their existing wallet data remains."
