The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has designated FNXAI and 1FNXAI tokens as 'Suspicious Investment Products'. According to the SFC, these two tokens are introduced as products that aim for consistent returns by automatically trading financial products such as US stocks through an AI-based platform, and are also linked to virtual asset staking. The SFC urged investors to exercise extreme caution, stating that products on the suspicious list may be financial products that have not been authorized by the authorities or have suspicious characteristics.
