Decrypt reported that ETH validators participating in Lido (LDO), operated by MetaMask Staking, are expected to complete their withdrawal by October 7th at the latest. According to Lido, it could take up to 45 days to withdraw, process ETH withdrawals, and then re-participate in the Lido protocol. This withdrawal is a precautionary measure following a security incident that previously occurred in part of MetaMask's infrastructure. Lido stated that stETH holders do not need to take any separate action.
