U.S. cryptocurrency mining company Riot Platforms (NASDAQ: RIOT) fully repaid a $200 million Bitcoin-collateralized credit facility from Coinbase Credit on the 21st and terminated the contract, Bitcoin News reported. Riot repaid both the principal and accrued interest, and no early termination fees were incurred. The loan's interest rate was 6.15% after a contract revision in April. As of June 30, Riot had provided 5,821 BTC (worth approximately $340.7 million at the time) out of its 11,380 BTC holdings as collateral, and this collateral was released upon repayment.
