Strategy has proposed changing the dividend accrual method for four types of preferred stocks, including STRF, STRC, STRK, and STRD, to a daily accrual basis. According to the proposal, dividends will be accrued daily on all dates, including weekends and holidays, and paid on the next business day. Strategy plans to enhance the price stability of these products and expand liquidity and investment demand through this change.
