U.S. Nasdaq-listed Sylvia (SVIA, formerly Procaps Financial), led by Anthony Pompliano, founder of cryptocurrency investment firm Pomp Investments, announced that it has bought back an additional 2.3% of its shares since September 15, at a price lower than its net asset value (NAV). The total shares purchased since the start of the buyback program account for approximately 14.5% of the outstanding shares at the time the program began. The company currently holds approximately 5,130 BTC.
