The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved an exemption for Ark Venture Fund and ARK Investment Management to establish exchange and tokenized classes, NewsBTC reported. As a result, Ark Venture Fund can operate an exchange class, contingent on listing on a U.S. stock exchange, and a tokenized class, which records ownership information on distributed ledger technology (DLT).
