Ripple CEO "Considered shutting down when SEC filed lawsuit in 2020"

Coindesk reported that Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said in a speech at the University of Kansas, "When the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit in 2020, we considered shutting down."
