Alex Thorn, Head of Galaxy Digital Research, announced that a whitehat has secured 52.37 BTC, which accounts for 2.8% of the funds affected by the Coldcard exploit. He stated via X that these funds, originating from several victim addresses, were consolidated into a new address, and the transfer included a message pointing to the Crypto Recovery Trust. The total amount stolen in the Coldcard exploit is reportedly around 1806 BTC.
