Wu Blockchain reported that the Moscow Stock Exchange (MOEX) is launching perpetual futures for BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, and TRX. These products can only be traded by qualified investors. Prices will be denominated in US dollars, but settlement will be made in Russian rubles.
