U.S. President Donald Trump stated that his trust in Fed Chairman Kevin Warsh remained unchanged, but added, "Chairman Warsh is managing a difficult and hostile board." He continued, "Interest rates are too high. The U.S. should have the lowest interest rates in the world." He further added that he hopes Chairman Warsh's independence will be maintained.
