Coinpost reported that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is revamping the blockchain infrastructure of its national digital identity platform, 'UAE Pass', to be based on Avalanche (AVAX). The UAE Federal Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority plans to upgrade the infrastructure for 'Digital Vault', UAE Pass's document management service, to a dedicated Avalanche Layer 1.
