TD Cowen predicted a 25% chance of the Clarity Act passing within this year. According to The Block, TD Cowen explained, "The stablecoin yield provision is considered useful. However, it is questionable whether moderate Democratic lawmakers will accept the revised transparency regulations. The revised regulations still include the possibility of allowing President Donald Trump to make cryptocurrency investments through a trust," adding, "The reaction of Democratic lawmakers will be a key point to watch."
