CryptoBriefing reported that Julian Sawyer will step down as CEO of Zodia Custody to take on an advisory role. The management structure appears to be reorganizing as Standard Chartered acquires the company. Standard Chartered decided in May to acquire Zodia Custody's business and integrate it into its financial and securities services division. The acquisition plan has been approved by shareholders and bondholders.
