The documentary film 'Musk,' which delves into Elon Musk, the world's richest man and eccentric entrepreneur, for a full 3 hours and 45 minutes, has been released. Musk himself unleashed harsh criticism against this documentary film, which covers various controversies surrounding him.
According to The Guardian and Deadline on the 10th (local time), the documentary 'Musk' premiered on the 8th at the 83rd Venice Film Festival held on Lido Island in Venice, Italy.
The documentary covered everything from Musk's childhood trauma to his private life with women, suspicions of X (formerly Twitter) algorithm manipulation, his activities in the Donald Trump US administration, his ties to far-right political forces, and his contradictory and absurd remarks.
Notably, Ashley St. Clair, Musk's former partner and a MAGA (Make America Great Again) influencer, appeared and revealed that she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement to receive $40 million (approximately 53.9 billion won) in child support on the condition that she not speak about him.
Director Alex Gibney, who helmed the film, pointed to Musk as "an extremely dangerous person."
He explained that the production process was not easy, stating, "Even his friends, colleagues, and critics had tremendous fear in speaking out." He added, "I spoke with countless people, but everyone refused to answer, except for a few brave individuals."
While interviews with Musk's father, Errol Musk, and his first wife, Justine Musk, were included, Elon Musk's direct explanations were not.
Instead, the director recreated Musk's past statements through AI-generated images.
Musk reacted vehemently.
He lashed out on X, saying, "Dog shit is more worthy of respect than Gibney. His film is incredibly boring. It's just a collection of people who hold a grudge against me, and he's just a twisted old man who lost context a long time ago."
He also put forward a conspiracy theory that the film was manipulated by the Democratic Party and liberal billionaire George Soros, among others.
It is also known that he hinted at being prepared for a lawsuit.
The New York Post reported that Musk's legal representative, Alex Spiro, sent a letter of intent to sue Jigsaw Productions, the production company led by director Gibney.
