According to the latest report from blockchain data analytics firms Bitquery and Evernorth Research, the XRP Ledger (XRPL) has surpassed 5 billion cumulative validated transactions, yet the network traffic is increasingly dominated by automation (bots). Cryptoslate reported that in August, 93.2% of all transactions were accounted for by just 793 accounts, of which 767 were classified as automated programs (machines/bots). One specific address submitted a staggering 12.79 million DEX orders in August alone, but only 882 of them were actually executed.
