Digital asset infrastructure company Bitcoin Bancorp (OTC: BCBC) has acquired approximately 2,500 ATMs from the bankrupt Bitcoin Depot at a bargain price, CoinDesk reported. It was acquired for just $620,750, which is about $243 per ATM. In addition to the ATMs, Bitcoin Bancorp also acquired related store placement contracts, intellectual property (IP), trademarks, patents, and the official domain (BitcoinDepot.com) for an additional $110,500. Bitcoin Depot filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last May after its Q1 2026 revenue plummeted by 49% year-over-year and it turned to a loss with a $9.5 million deficit.
