Tron (TRX) has once again increased its presence in terms of network funding size by surpassing $28 billion in Total Value Locked (TVL).
According to U.Today on September 4 (local time), the total value locked across the Tron ecosystem increased to approximately $28 billion. Total Value Locked (TVL) represents the amount of cryptocurrency assets deposited in protocols such as staking and lending within a blockchain network. Tron is attracting funds based on its large stablecoin ecosystem centered around USDT and its staking and lending infrastructure.
Notably, USDT underpins the core transaction demand of the Tron network. It is regarded as one of the main payment networks for global USDT transfers, leveraging its fast processing speed and relatively low costs. U.Today explained that the $28 billion TVL is an indicator of the actual amount of funds utilized within the network, rather than mere speculative demand surrounding the TRX price.
However, unlike the network's growth, the TRX price movement still faces technical challenges. After encountering strong resistance in the $0.345-$0.350 range recently, it fell below the short- and medium-term moving averages clustered between $0.330-$0.334. This range has now become a major resistance level that needs to be overcome during a short-term rebound.
The key support level is $0.324, where the 200-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) is located. TRX recently dipped below this indicator during a sell-off but has since recovered. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has dropped to approximately 43 from its overbought levels during the previous rally. U.Today analyzed that if $0.334 is recovered, TRX could retest the $0.340-$0.350 range.
Conversely, if a downtrend is confirmed below $0.324, the $0.315-$0.320 range could emerge as the next support level. While the $28 billion TVL demonstrates Tron's robust network foundation, analysis suggests that defending the 200-day Exponential Moving Average is crucial for the price rebound to continue.
[Article Key Summary]
-The total value locked in the Tron ecosystem increased to approximately $28 billion, reaching a new milestone in network funding size.
-USDT transfer demand and staking/lending infrastructure are supporting large-scale fund inflows into the Tron ecosystem.
-For TRX, defending the 200-day Exponential Moving Average at $0.324 is key, and a recovery to $0.334 suggests the possibility of retesting $0.340-$0.350.
