Filecoin announced via its official SNS channel that the FIL token vesting (linear release) program will officially end on October 15, and the total new issuance is expected to decrease by approximately 75%. It added, "This is the largest structural change on the supply side since the mainnet launch. This supply reduction coincides with the creation of actual on-chain paid payment demand through the launch of Filecoin Onchain Cloud (FOC) and Fil One."
