CoinDesk analyzed that a 'golden cross' is imminent, with BTC's 50-day moving average breaking above the 200-day moving average. Since 2012, a golden cross has occurred a total of 12 times in BTC, and the average increase in 9 instances where 3-month returns could be confirmed was 24.9%. However, there were only 3 cases where the golden cross was maintained for more than a year. CoinDesk explained, "This time, a 'dead cross' is also approaching, with the 50-day moving average of USDT's market cap dominance breaking below the 200-day moving average. A decline in USDT dominance typically means that the value of risk assets like BTC is increasing more than stablecoins, interpreted as a signal of strengthening risk appetite in the cryptocurrency market."
