Crypto Briefing reported that Hong Kong digital asset company HashKey Group has joined the Digital Asset Tokenization Working Group of the US Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), becoming the first Asian digital asset company to do so. Over 100 global financial institutions, including JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs, are participating in this group to establish standards for the issuance, settlement, and custody of real-world asset tokens. DTCC completed its first tokenized transaction in a live operating environment last July and plans to launch a standardized tokenization service this October.
