Cryptocurrency market maker Wintermute predicted that Bitcoin (BTC) is likely to fluctuate between $75,000 and $82,000 until the U.S. Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting on September 15-16. Wintermute stated, "While the current short-term direction is difficult to predict, investors who have not yet sufficiently increased their investment exposure are supporting the price. There have been multiple sell-offs at $82,000, and the lower support levels are $75,000 and $72,000. If the $72,000 level breaks on a weekly closing basis, it will be difficult to find a clear next support level." They added, "As the inflow of spot BTC ETF funds has led the market rebound, it is important whether this trend continues. If ETFs turn to weekly net outflows or the weekly close occurs below $72,000, it will be difficult to maintain the current outlook."
