Eleanor Terrett, host of the cryptocurrency policy publication CryptoInAmerica, reported that the CLARITY Act remains in a dilemma despite the White House's agreement on ethics clauses. She added, "This week, people close to U.S. President Donald Trump have reportedly made tremendous efforts to reach an agreement on the ethics clause. However, negotiations on other unresolved issues are also ongoing, and the White House is leading discussions on the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act (BRCA) to address opposition from other regulatory authorities."
