According to Coinglass, Deribit maintained its #1 market share in the cryptocurrency options market in the first half of this year. The trading volume of BTC and ETH options across the five major cryptocurrency options exchanges in H1 recorded approximately $864.6 billion. Among them, Deribit maintained the lead with a 49.3% share, followed by Bybit (22.3%), Binance (13.4%), and OKX (13.3%). These four exchanges accounted for over 98% of the total options market. Furthermore, while Deribit's monthly market share significantly decreased from 56.3% in January to 41.8%, Bybit surpassed Deribit in ETH options trading volume to take the top spot.
