NVIDIA (NVDA), Micron Technology (MU), and Broadcom (AVGO) are projected to rise by more than 50% by 2027, even after their explosive surges. The target prices were presented as $300, $1,250, and $600, respectively.
According to the U.S. economic media outlet 24/7 Wall St. on August 3 (local time), NVIDIA's revenue for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 increased by 85.23% year-over-year to $81.615 billion. Data center revenue reached $75.246 billion, and the networking business growth rate recorded 199%. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang described the construction of AI factories as "the largest infrastructure expansion in human history."
NVIDIA projected second-quarter revenue of $91 billion and a non-GAAP gross margin of 75% for fiscal year 2027. Supply commitments amount to $119 billion. The $300 target price is supported by four consecutive quarters of exceeding market expectations for EPS, $80 billion in share buybacks, and the launch of Vera Rubin in 2027. The projected upside is approximately 50%.
Micron's third-quarter revenue for the fiscal year surged by 345.72% year-over-year to $41.456 billion. The gross margin increased to 84.6%. The fourth-quarter outlook projects revenue of $50 billion and non-GAAP EPS of $31. Micron CEO Sanjay Mehrotra stated that "multi-year strategic customer agreements will significantly enhance the sustainability and predictability of strong performance."
Micron has risen 188.55% since the beginning of the year, but a target price of $1,250 was set based on the mass production of HBM4E in 2027 and seven consecutive quarters of exceeding EPS forecasts. On Polymarket, there is a 77.5% probability that Micron will close August above $700. This reflects market expectations that the memory semiconductor upcycle will continue.
Broadcom's AI semiconductor revenue for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026 increased by 143% to $10.8 billion. Broadcom CEO Hock Tan projected that AI revenue for the third quarter would exceed $16 billion, an increase of over 200%. The overall revenue forecast is $29.4 billion, with an EBITDA margin of 69%. Broadcom has recorded higher-than-market-expected EPS for eight consecutive quarters and repurchased $7.8 billion in shares in the first quarter. Analysis suggests that if the 2027 AI revenue target of $100 billion materializes, the stock could rise by approximately 54% to $600.
