The White House has not yet issued an official statement on the compromise regarding the ethics provisions of the CLARITY Act, proposed last week by Senators Thom Tillis and Ruben Gallego, according to Eleanor Terrett, host of Crypto in America. The ethics issue, considered the biggest sticking point of the CLARITY Act, reportedly failed to reach an agreement even as a vote looms this week.
