4 out of 10 domestic cryptocurrency investors expect the Bitcoin (BTC) market to show weakness this week (August 3-7).
According to a regular weekly survey on domestic investor market trends jointly conducted by CoinNess and Cratos, 26.9% of respondents (24.4% last week) expected Bitcoin to rise or surge this week. Respondents who anticipated a sideways trend accounted for 30.2% (30.9% last week), while those who expected a decline or sharp decline accounted for 42.9% (44.7% last week). This pattern is similar to the previous week.
When asked what impact the passage of the Clarity Act, a bill to refine the US cryptocurrency regulatory framework, would have on the cryptocurrency market, the largest group, 38.6%, responded 'long-term positive'. Following this, 25.9% said 'no impact', 22.1% said 'short-term positive', and the remaining 13.4% foresaw it as a 'negative'.
The survey involved 2,000 respondents and was conducted from July 28-31. The margin of error is ±3.0%, and the confidence level is 95%. The survey institution is Paros Labs.
