CoinDesk reported that the XRP Ledger (XRPL) has released server software V3.2.0. This version includes features such as reduced network operating costs, improved stability, a single-asset vault, permissioned decentralized exchanges (DEX), multi-purpose tokens (MPT), enhanced security related to lending protocols, and prevention of residual data from deleted accounts. However, for the upgrade to be actually implemented, more than 80% of validators in the Unique Node List (UNL) must support this version for two consecutive weeks. Meanwhile, a revision containing security fixes is currently undergoing a separate on-chain vote.
