The comprehensive stock exchange schedule between Naver Financial and Dunamu will be extended by three months. According to Digital Times, Naver announced on the 6th that it has changed the scheduled date for the stock exchange from the original September 30 to December 31 through a revised public disclosure regarding the stock exchange and transfer decision of its subsidiary, Naver Financial. The scheduled date for the general meeting of shareholders has also been adjusted from the original August 18 to November 19. Upon completion of the stock exchange, Naver Financial will be incorporated as a 100% subsidiary of Dunamu.
