Saeed Aghalu, of the Iranian negotiating delegation's media team, said on the 28th (local time) that Iran has not agreed to any memorandum of understanding (MOU) to date, and has not confirmed to Pakistani mediators that it has approved such an MOU. He also made it clear that Iran has not made any promises regarding nuclear issues during negotiations with the United States.
