Coindesk reported that blockchain lottery platform Megapot has launched an on-chain charity lotto that donates a portion of its ticket revenue to support Ethereum core developers. The goal is to deliver all referral fees generated from ticket sales to developers, solving the funding shortage problem for engineers responsible for maintaining the Ethereum network. The lotto prize pool is approximately $1.1 million.
