CoinDesk reported that the 'Transparency Alliance,' involving over 40 major exchanges and financial institutions including Coinbase, Kraken, and Binance.US, has officially launched. They adopted the 'Token Transparency Framework' developed by Blockworks as their disclosure standard. Already, 44 major protocols such as Morpho, Jupiter, and dYdX have completed disclosures according to this standard. Beyond simple technical descriptions, key data that has been veiled until now, such as insider allocation, contract terms with market makers, exchange listing terms, and buyback programs, are subject to disclosure.
