Cointelegraph reported that a phishing attack impersonating Uniswap (UNI) using Google search ads caused at least $400,000 in damages. In this regard, Stacy Moore, founder of Web3 marketing firm Green Dots, pointed out, "Sponsored ads that look like the official Uniswap site were appearing at the top of Google search results. Google has neglected this problem for years, allowing fake links to appear before the actual site, and user damage continues."
